What you’ll be doing

• Prepare accurate estimates, budgets and purchase orders for residential builds
• Collaborate with design, drafting, contracts and construction teams
• Review supplier and subcontractor pricing, identifying scope gaps early
• Maintain and refine cost libraries, templates and internal systems
• Support smooth handover between pre-construction and delivery
• Suggest value-add options and cost efficiencies without compromising quality
• Use Buildxact or similar estimating software to manage workflows

What you’ll bring

• Experience in custom or architectural production/sales estimating essential.
• Ability to interpret complex architectural and engineering drawings
• Familiarity with Buildxact, Asana or similar software
• Genuine integrity – you own your mistakes and take pride in fixing them
• Solution-focused mindset – things go wrong, but you find a way forward
• Confident working autonomously while collaborating with the wider team
• Exposure to challenging builds such as sloping blocks, cantilevered stairs and high-end finishes
