Location: Moree
Working Hours: 4 hours per day / 20 hours per week minimum
Hourly rate: $37.39 plus super

The role is available for an immediate start, with a minimum contract period until April.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver exceptional support to customers through various channels including phone and email.
• Resolve inquiries efficiently and professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

• 2-3 years of customer service experience
• Ability to Maintain professional email etiquette and customer-focused attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong intermediate computer skills, including typing and navigation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly with a technical aptitude

Important Info

• Willingness to travel for training sessions (Penrith or Coffs Harbour), with expenses covered.
• Availability for initial full-time training (approximately 8-10 weeks) followed by a minimum of 20 hours/week.
