About the Position
The Digital Service Representative plays a key role in supporting customers with digital services by providing accurate information and assistance across multiple channels.

Duties

• Respond to customer enquiries
• Assist with digital services
• Use internal systems efficiently
• Follow procedures and guidelines
• Provide accurate, timely information

Requirements/Skills

• 2–3 years customer service
• Strong written, verbal communication
• Intermediate computer skills required
• Office experience preferred
• Quick learner, tech savvy
