Your new role
We are seeking a Campus Coordinator who is willing to learn new skills and develop their career and social entrepreneurship aspirations in international education. As part of an energetic supportive team, you will be responsible for providing on-campus management support to manage, monitor and develop our academic and student experience standards.
The Campus Coordinator is responsible for overseeing, training and rostering the team of campus staff, such as Teachers & Trainers, Student Care Officers, Student Recruitment Officers and ensuring that our service level standards to students are consistently implemented in the day-to-day activities. Coordinating on-campus events and implementing local recruitment strategies, including building relationships with local schools and associations, student recruitment agencies, attending recruitment events, student fairs and expos and creating content for social media are also an integral part of the role.
What you will do
Key responsibilities include:
Teacher/Trainer (“Educator”) selection, engagement, induction, mentoring and performance management in line with regulatory and operational objectives.
Educator rostering consistent with institutional financial goals and academic standards.
Supporting dynamic on-campus active learning initiatives while providing guidance to cultivate a collaborative culture of knowledge co-creation and social entrepreneurship.
Assist with managing academic quality assurance monitoring for experiential and intercultural education including periodic external audits.
Maintain and enhance both student wellbeing and retention.
Increase APC Education Group (AEG) Net Promoter Score (NPS) by engaging suitably qualified educators and organizing intercultural events and unique experiences, as measured by learner satisfaction.
What you’ll Need to succeed:
A minimum of 24 months relevant industry management experience.
A relevant qualification at least at the Diploma level.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent written and oral communication skills; equivalent to a native English speaker.
Self-motivated, with an ability to thrive under pressure; takes ownership and looks for solutions.
Sound organisational skills, including time management, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Possess strong digital literacy skills to navigate and embrace modern AI tools and platforms.
Fluency in a second language such as Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Italian, Portuguese, Thai and/or Spanish highly regarded.
