Are you an organised, proactive, and service-driven professional? We’re looking for a Campus and Training Coordinator to play a central role in managing campus operations, supporting students and trainers, and ensuring a seamless learning experience from enrolment to graduation.

Key Responsibilities
Campus Operations & Administration
• Open and close the campus and conduct daily facility checks.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services.
• Ensure classrooms and student areas are clean, well-stocked, and ready for use.
• Maintain office and stationery supplies.
Student Support
• Be the first point of contact for student enquiries — in-person, by phone, or email.
• Assist with orientation, academic letters, and ongoing student support.
• Maintain accurate student records and always ensure privacy and confidentiality.
Trainer & LMS Support
• Support trainers with resources, attendance management, and LMS access.
• Ensure daily attendance is marked and recorded properly.
• Monitor training delivery compliance and provide admin support to trainers.
Admissions & Onboarding
• Process student enrolments using VETtrak and confirm eligibility.
• Generate training plans and set up invoicing and LMS access.
• Coordinate a smooth onboarding process in collaboration with other departments.
Student Progression & Completions
• Monitor student progression and update records in VETtrak and LMS.
• Generate caseload reports and support trainers with student tracking.
• Issue qualifications upon course completion and finalise student files.
• Administer feedback processes from students and employers.
What You’ll Bring
• Previous experience in student support, education admin, or campus coordination.
• Familiarity with VETtrak and Learning Management Systems (preferred).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Knowledge of RTO compliance, QLD funding and the Standards for RTOs (advantageous).
• A hands-on, can-do attitude and the ability to work autonomously.
