About This Position

Service and maintain whole-of-house and reverse osmosis water filtration systems for our residential customers.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction.

Work a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, with some flexibility required. No weekend work required.

Your daily route will be efficiently planned, with a primary focus on Sydney's Central Suburbs. Occasional travel to Greater NSW areas, such as Newcastle or Wollongong, may be required.

A current driver's licence is essential for this role.

Key Skills + Experience Required

A hands-on problem-solver with a passion for great customer service.

Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly manner.

Experience in a trade, general maintenance, or a similar field is highly regarded but not essential.

Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated.

Required to complete a National Police Clearance & Drug and Alcohol Screen.
