Woods & Co have partnered with a rapidly growing, multifaceted commercial property group to appoint a Senior Sales & Leasing Consultant. This full-time Northern suburbs-based role offers the chance to build a commercial asset management desk from the ground up while driving leasing and sales campaigns across retail, industrial, and office portfolios.

What you’ll do:

• Manage day-to-day operations of a portfolio of commercial properties tenant liaison, rent reviews, lease renewals
• Lead leasing campaigns from marketing to deal close – brochures, inspections, negotiations
• Support commercial sales listings – proposals, campaigns, and vendor liaison
• Proactively develop new business and identify growth opportunities
• Deliver exceptional client service and maintain accurate records

What we’re looking for:

• Current real estate licence
• 2+ years commercial real estate experience (sales and/or leasing)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proactive, accountable, hands-on approach
• Strong knowledge of Melbourne’s commercial property market
