As a key member of our team, you will:

• Lead and manage commercial sales and leasing campaigns
• Source and secure new business opportunities
• Negotiate with tenants, purchasers, vendors and landlords
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare marketing material, contracts, leasing documentation and reports
• Work closely with internal stakeholders including legal and property management teams

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in commercial property sales and leasing (retail/office preferred)
• A proactive all-rounder with strong negotiation and communication skills
• Understanding of relevant legislation, including the Retail Leases Act 2003
• Agents Representative Certificate or Full Licence (required)
• Own car and mobile phone
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
• Strong written English, attention to detail, and organisational skills
