Leasing Consultant - Brunswick office

Work for an growing, well established National Real Estate Agency with offices in 4 states across Australia, joining a friendly & energetic residential team that specialises in Residential Real Estate Sales & Property Management with a team of 25+ staff in a modern, young and friendly office.

Hours: Monday to Friday with either a day off during the week if doing Saturdays, or limited Saturday hours, for a well balanced lifestyle (days/hours can be negotiated)

Salary: $85,000 / annum approx (negotiable based on experience), car allowance option also

This is a senior style leasing role, you need leasing experience in residential property management.

JOB DUTIES:
- Lease existing residential homes and apartments and/or manage a team to do this "for you"
- Process Applications with urgency (this agency does rental guarantees)
- Marketing properties (with admin support)
- Database management & calls
- Opening homes for inspections on Saturdays

WHATS ON OFFER:

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Representative Certificate
- Prior experience in residential leasing or property management essential
- The desire to grow and progress in a friendly, inclusive team
- Valid Drivers Licence
