your role
As a Commercial Sales & Leasing Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving new business, managing key relationships, and executing deals across Melbourne’s commercial property market. You’ll work closely with a high-performing team that’s passionate about achieving the best outcomes for their clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and investors
  • Prospecting and securing new listings and leasing opportunities
  • Managing the full sales and leasing process from enquiry to completion
  • Conducting property inspections, appraisals, and negotiations
  • Staying across current market trends and opportunities to maximise results

  • Demonstrated success in residential real estate, or commercial sales or leasing
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • A proactive and driven approach with a focus on results
  • Excellent presentation and relationship management skills
  • A current Real Estate Agent’s Representative Certificate and driver’s licence
