About the role:

Full time permanent position

Highly lucrative commission structure - uncapped commissions, 70/30 split in favour of agent

Ongoing training and mentoring in commercial property

Modern office in Richmond with flexible working arrangements

Duties include but not limited:

Prospect and acquire new clients via cold calling, networking, and market research to build sales and leasing pipelines

List, market and promote properties, including preparing materials, conducting inspections and advising on terms

Negotiate contracts and leases to achieve optimal client outcomes, aligned with market and legal standards

Maintain client relationships for repeat business and referrals

Prepare and conduct comprehensive property appraisals

To be considered for this role:

Experience in commercial or residential sales or leasing is essential

Strong negotiation, communication and deal-closing skills

Deep knowledge of Victorian market trends in real estate

Current Estate Agent's Licence or Agent's Representative Certificate in Victoria

Must have your own car and licence.
