Deliver seamless staffing support across our school communities.
Join our People & Safety team and play a key role in supporting our schools through the coordination of supply staffing across the Diocese.
In this busy and rewarding role, you’ll provide high-level administrative and HR support — managing end-to-end processes for supply staff, maintaining accurate records and compliance, and ensuring timely placements that keep our schools running smoothly.
Every day brings variety as you liaise with Principals, supply staff and external partners, balancing people-focused service with precision and process integrity. Tech-savvy and organised, you’ll use various systems including HRIS software, TechOne and Google Workspace to manage data efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
You’ll bring strong HR or administrative experience (ideally within contracts, onboarding or staffing), exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to juggle competing priorities with calm and care. Guided by Catholic values, you’ll thrive in a collaborative, supportive environment where your work truly makes a difference.
Townsville Catholic Education has standards of conduct for workers to maintain a safe and healthy environment for children. Our commitment to these standards requires that we conduct working with children checks and background referencing for all staff. The organisation is fully committed to child safety and has a zero tolerance to abuse of children or adults-at-risk.
