Resuscitation Australia (RA) delivers evidence-based Advanced Life Support (ALS) training across Australia and internationally. We are dedicated to advancing excellence in resuscitation education and improving outcomes for health services.
We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrative Coordinator to support our growing team and busy course schedule. This role provides administrative, HR, and accounting support to ensure the smooth delivery of RA’s mixed-mode ALS courses. The position involves regular communication with course centres, faculty, and participants.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide administrative support to course centres, faculty, and participants.
· Manage payroll, invoicing, and basic HR tasks using Xero.
· Monitor participant eLearning completion and maintain accurate course records.
· Liaise with accredited training providers and respond to enquiries.
· Issue encrypted digital certificates to successful participants.
· Compile and share course feedback with Course Directors.
· Manage calls and emails via RA’s 1300 number and inbox.
Skills and Experience
· Previous experience in administration (education or event coordination preferred).
· Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Xero experience highly regarded.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· High attention to detail and confidentiality.
