This well-established insurance are looking for a motivated individual to step into a Customer Service position.
As part of the specialised Customer Service team of 6 people, this is a phone based position, taking a high volume of inbound calls.
You will be the first point of call for clients and all stakeholders, and you will be triaging the calls to other areas of the business.
You will have the opportunity to up-skill within this role, and be provided room for promotion and career growth long-term. However, we do require a minimum of 12 month commitment to the CSC position.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Joining a nurturing and supportive team of 6 within the Customer Service division, in the Hume based office.
You will be;
Receiving a high volume of incoming calls from homeowners who have suffered damage to their properties as a result of storms, floods, impact damage or other insurable events.
Some data entry and claims administration.
This is a permanent, office-based position, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
Join a welcoming team with strong training procedures in place.
The starting salary is $65,000 - 75,000 + superannuation (dependent on experience).
ABOUT YOU
Previous call center or phone based customer service experience highly advantageous.
Previous insurance building industry exposure advantageous but not necessary.
Ability to prioritise and be organised.
People skills and empathetic communication skills.
Computer confident - you will be trained on the CRM system.
