About the Role:
As the Clinical Manager, you will lead a dedicated clinical team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. You’ll ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, support continuous improvement, and provide strong leadership and mentorship to nursing and care staff.

Key Responsibilities:

About You:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Proven experience as a Clinical Manager or senior RN in aged care
