General Manager – Education-Focused SME (Victoria)

Leading day-to-day operations and driving growth across multiple sites

Building and mentoring a strong team of educators and support staff

Working closely with private equity partners to deliver on strategic goals

Overseeing performance, customer satisfaction, and business expansion

About you:

Experience in education sector (e.g. schools, tutoring), training, or related services (or a strong interest in the sector). A well grounded understanding of the school system would be highly regarded.

Leadership or management experience, ideally in a small to medium sized business

Entrepreneurial drive and willingness to get into the detail, as it will be an independant (tho supported) and hands on role to scale the business

Strong relationship building skills across a range of stakeholders
