About the Role
As the Remuneration Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining remuneration strategies, policies, and frameworks. Your focus will be on ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with relevant legislation - while aligning rewards with performance and business outcomes.
Duties
- Design, implement, and manage compensation structures
- Conduct regular market benchmarking and job evaluations to ensure competitive pay.
- Advise leaders and HRBPs on remuneration decisions, salary reviews, and promotions.
- Manage the annual compensation review cycle, including merit increases and bonuses.
- Work closely with the payroll team ensuring effective delivery.
- Ensure remuneration practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Support executive compensation planning and board reporting where needed.
- Develop and maintain remuneration policies and governance frameworks.
- Partner with HR systems teams to ensure accurate remuneration data in HRIS.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a compensation or remuneration-focused role.
- Strong knowledge of reward principles, job evaluation methodologies, and benchmarking tools.
- Deep understanding of remuneration legislation, compliance, and best practices across EBA's and award interpretation.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
