The Opportunity
You’ll manage a variety of commercial fit-out projects across Brisbane, valued between $500K and $6M. The role covers everything from scheduling and coordinating trades through to overseeing quality and safety on site. You’ll work closely with experienced project managers and clients to ensure each job runs smoothly and finishes to a high standard. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a team, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow with a company that values long-term relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage commercial fit-out projects ranging from $500K to $6M
• Oversee daily site operations, safety, and quality control
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Work closely with project managers and clients to achieve successful outcomes

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial fit-outs
• QBCC Medium Rise licence (essential)
