About The Company

Our client is a leading volume home builder specialising in project and custom homes to owner occupiers and investors.

About The Position

Currently an opportunity exists for a Site Manager to join their business in the Toowoomba region. Responsibilities will include:

Coordination of trades and materials for new home builds

Maintain construction management system

Maintain workplace safety on all job sites

Maintaining contact with owners and attending meetings

Quality control and QA reporting prior to job handover

Skills and Experience

Our ideal candidate would demonstrate the following

Minimum 3 years residential site management experience

Pro-active, self motivated and driven

Exceptional communication and organisation

Driven to progress your career with a leading brand

QLD Supervisors or Builders Licence
