Ascend Recfruit are looking for a Site Manager to join a well-established commercial builder with a reputation for delivering high-quality office fit outs across Brisbane’s CBD and surrounds. The Role

As Site Manager, you’ll oversee the delivery of premium office fit out projects from start to finish — ensuring smooth site operations, safety, quality, and client satisfaction. You’ll work closely with experienced Project Managers and Directors who provide hands-on support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site activities, subcontractors, and trades
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards
• Maintain site safety and compliance
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and project teams
• Coordinate fit out works and ensure seamless project delivery

About You

• 3+ years’ experience as a Site Manager in commercial fit outs or refurbishments
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Excellent eye for detail and quality
• QBCC Site Supervisor Licence preferred
• Ability to manage multiple trades and tight timelines
