The Role

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities and contributing directly to the company’s regional growth. Working closely with senior sales and marketing teams, you will identify, engage, and qualify potential customers across key industries.
This role is perfect for an ambitious professional looking to accelerate their career in technology sales within a rapidly expanding and mission-driven organisation.

Responsibilities

Proactively research, identify, and qualify new business opportunities through outbound activity and inbound follow-up.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute targeted outreach campaigns and events.

Engage prospects with consultative conversations to understand their business needs and introduce relevant technology solutions.

Maintain detailed records of activity and pipeline in CRM systems.

Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualified opportunities.

Represent the organisation at potential client events/conferences

Experience Required

1–3 years of experience in a sales development, inside sales, or business development role, preferably within enterprise technology, software, or cybersecurity.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Proven success in lead qualification and pipeline creation.

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and modern sales engagement platforms.

A self-starter with resilience, curiosity, and a passion for technology.

Salary and Benefits

Base $75k-$100k | Uncapped Commission | OTE: $120k-$140k+ | Super
