The Opportunity

We’re seeking an exceptional Senior Flagship Concession Manager to lead two of our highest-performing concession stores in Sydney.
In this pivotal role, you’ll inspire your team to deliver outstanding service, drive sales growth, and create memorable experiences for our clients. You’ll represent our brands with pride and bring Cue’s distinctive energy to everything you do.

What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and empower your team to achieve exceptional sales and service results.

Attract, recruit, and onboard top talent, building a high-performing team that reflects Cue’s brand values and culture.

Drive profitability through effective stock management, visual excellence, local community engagement, and cost control, including wage management and staffing efficiency.

Foster a client-first culture, ensuring every customer leaves feeling confident and inspired.

Oversee daily operations, audits, and compliance, maintaining brand standards at all times.

Identify and develop future leaders within your team through mentorship and ongoing training.

About You

A proven retail leader with 3+ years’ experience in fashion management.

Commercially savvy with a strong record of meeting and exceeding sales and profit targets, managing budgets, wages, and operational costs effectively.

A motivational leader who builds capable, confident, and engaged teams.

Organised, agile, and passionate about delivering an elevated client experience.
