The Role:

This is an office that thrives in a fun and friendly environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Help prepare leases and tenancy paperwork
• Assist with routine, entry and exit inspections
• Organise maintenance requests with tradespeople
• Support the team with rent collection and follow-ups
• Provide friendly service to tenants and landlords

The Candidate:

• 6-12 months Real Estate experience in a similar role
• Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration & Driver's License
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be energetic & have a can-do attitude!
