About the Role

Australian Duct Installations is seeking motivated HVAC Duct Installers / Trade Assistants to join our growing team in Perth, WA.

This is a casual position suited to individuals with 0–3 years of experience who are eager to learn and develop their skills on commercial and industrial HVAC projects. You’ll work alongside experienced tradespeople on various job sites across the Perth metro area.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assisting with installation of HVAC ductwork systems, including supply, return, exhaust and ventilation ducts

Helping fabricate, assemble and fit sheet metal components according to project specifications

Measuring, cutting, and shaping sheet metal using hand and power tools

Operating and maintaining tools, ladders, and workshop equipment safely

Supporting qualified tradespeople and following their direction

Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in accordance with WHS standards

Travelling to and working on multiple job sites throughout Perth

What We’re Looking For

0–3 years of relevant HVAC or construction experience (no experience necessary — training provided)

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

White Card (mandatory)

High attention to detail and commitment to safety

Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions

Own reliable transport (required for travel between job sites)
