About the role

We're seeking a highly skilled FIFO Dual Trade HVAC Electrician to join our dynamic team at Independent Energy Systems' in Perth, WA. As a casual employee, you'll have the opportunity to work as an embedded contractor with a tier one mining company. This is a great chance to apply your expertise in a fast-paced, challenging environment and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

This is a short term role with the possibility of extension, commencing 7th of November on a 2/2 roster until the 9th of march.

What you'll be doing

Undertake electrical and HVAC installations, maintenance and repair work for commercial and industrial clients

Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and HVAC systems to identify and resolve issues

Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert advice

Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards

Collaborate with the wider team to deliver projects on time and within budget

Maintain detailed records and documentation for all work undertaken

What we're looking for

Dual trade qualification in Electrical and Refrigeration

Extensive experience as an Electrician and HVAC Technician, ideally in a FIFO or remote working environment

Experience with Roy hill systems and processes

Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills to quickly identify and resolve issues

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to effectively communicate with clients

Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of your work

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Current driver's licence and the ability to obtain the necessary site access and security clearances
