Workfast is seeking a HVAC Duct Installer to join our client based in Henderson, WA.

This is a great opportunity to work on large-scale marine and commercial projects, installing and modifying ducting and HVAC systems within a high-safety, high-quality environment. The role offers long-term stability with potential for permanent employment.

What You Get

• $52.00 per hour + penalties
• Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 2:00pm / Friday, 6:00am - 12:00pm (38-hour week)
• Long-term role with potential to transition to full-time employment

What You Need

• Australian Driver's License
• White Card
• Confined Space and Working at Heights tickets (within 2 years)
• Minimum 5 years' trade experience installing commercial ductwork
• Previous experience in shipyard or marine environments (preferred)
• Strong teamwork, communication, and commitment to safety and precision

What You'll Be Doing

• Installing and modifying spiral and rectangular ducting systems
• Installing HVAC equipment including fans, dampers, air valves, and heaters
• Working from drawings and coordinating with other trades on-site
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Delivering work to high quality and safety standards in line with project expectations
