About the Role

We are seeking a motivated HVAC Cleaning Technician (Casual) to join our field team. This is a hands-on position working across commercial, industrial, and domestic sites, with opportunities to travel to regional WA, mine sites, and offshore locations.

This is specialist work with high industry demand, offering strong career progression for the right candidate.

Key duties include:

Cleaning and maintaining HVAC systems, ductwork, and associated equipment.

Rust treatment and application of protective coatings.

Conducting video and photo-based service reports.

Using specialised cleaning equipment, chemical systems, and vacuums.

Working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varied environments.

Completing site safety paperwork and service sheets.

Following all health, safety, and environmental procedures.

Working efficiently as part of a team to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Communicating effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and clients.

What We’re Looking For:

Physically fit and comfortable working in tight, dirty, and demanding environments.

Available for day and night shifts, early mornings, and occasional weekends/split shifts.

Reliable, punctual, and able to communicate clearly with supervisors, colleagues, and clients.

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.

White Card, Working at Heights, and Confined Space tickets (or willingness to obtain).

Current driver’s licence (manual preferred).

Experience in HVAC, air conditioning, or cleaning trades is a plus, but not essential (training is provided).
