Bondi Meal Prep – Hybrid Role

Full-time | Immediate Start | Monday to Friday 9:00am –5:00pm

Pay - 30 - 35 per/hour

growing team at Bondi Meal Prep! We’re on the lookout for a proactive and reliable

Customer Service Representative who is passionate about providing excellent

support via email, live chat and once trained up over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to all customer emails and chat enquiries promptly and professionally

Resolve customer issues and complaints while maintaining a positive relationship

Liaise with internal teams (e.g., couriers and transport) to ensure accurate and timely delivery of our meals

Maintain detailed records of customer issues and resolutions

Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes

Complete weekly admin tasks including editing subscriptions and creating/uploading SMS lists

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 year experience in a customer service role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to de-escalate challenging situations professionally

Proficiency in Gmail and Google Docs/Sheets

High attention to detail and solid organisational skills

Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

A positive attitude, team mindset, and strong work ethic

Must have the following home office setup:

Personal laptop or desktop computer

Broadband internet with strong, stable connection

Backup internet option (e.g. hotspot)

Computer must be free of malware/viruses

Active WhatsApp account for internal communication
