Your new role
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and support across various channels. Key duties include:
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
- Processing orders and managing returns
- Coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues
- Updating customer records using SAP
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- SAP experience is highly desirable
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
