The Role
The Front of House Manager will oversee daily service across the restaurant, ensuring a seamless and professional guest experience. Reporting directly to the owners, this position requires someone who can confidently lead from the front, support junior staff, and manage service with calm efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:

• Managing front of house operations across restaurant and event services
• Leading, training, and mentoring a professional service team
• Acting as the main point of contact for day-to-day issues and guest feedback
• Overseeing reservations, floor management, and service standards

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a quality dining venue
• Strong background in service operations and guest experience
• Wine knowledge
• Great communication and team leadership skills
• Organised, approachable, and hands-on management style
