Branch Manager – Service & Repairs
We are seeking an accomplished Branch Manager to oversee our clients’ Service & Repairs division in Perth. This essential leadership opportunity is ideal for a hands-on professional with extensive experience in workshop operations and service delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer engagement, optimising operational processes, and ensuring strict compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
· Lead and mentor a dedicated service team, including management and administrative staff
· Ensure safety compliance and adherence relevant regulations.
· Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence within the service division
· Leading sales - generating interest in the service department and greater equipment sales

· Proven experience managing service or repairs operations in the transport or heavy equipment sector
