The Role:

The General Manager position is a pivotal appointment, reporting directly to the CEO and entrusted with the full responsibility of site operations. The role requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on operational leadership, ensuring that waste disposal, landfill, transport, and recycling services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in compliance with environmental regulations.
