The Role

You will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our organisation, ensuring legal compliance, and overseeing day-to-day administration functions.

A minimum of 5+ years of bookkeeping experience is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable and the general ledger.

Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts and transactions.

Oversee and authorise purchasing.

Preparing payroll and supplier payments.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations, industry-specific licensing and fleet vehicle registrations.

Oversee insurance policies for the business, WorkSafe & company assets.

Assist with overflow phone calls.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (CPA preferred).

Proven track record in accounting or finance role.

Experience using Microsoft suite

Sound knowledge of MYOB AccountRight
