The Position:
We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Inclusion Advisor - NCCD & Data Analyst to lead and enhance the implementation of the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD) across Catholic Education NT. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring compliance, data integrity, and continuous improvement while driving inclusive practices that support students with disability across urban and remote school communities. This position reports to the Leader of Inclusion Support Services and works alongside the Inclusion Support Services Team.
This is a full-time permanent position commencing 19 January 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
As Inclusion Advisor - NCCD & Data Analyst, you will;
Lead the system-wide NCCD strategy, aligning with national policy and CENT priorities.
Collaborate with Inclusion Advisors and Clinicians to ensure accuracy in disability categorisation, adjustments, and evidence.
Oversee system-level data collection, quality assurance, and post-enumeration processes to maintain compliance and maximise funding outcomes.
Deliver professional learning and moderation sessions to strengthen staff capability and consistency across schools.
Analyse NCCD data to inform evidence-based decision-making and system improvement.

About you:
We are looking for an Inclusion Advisor who:
Demonstrates a strong understanding of the Disability Discrimination Act, Disability Standards for Education, and NCCD requirements.
Has experience teaching and supporting students with disabilities, and leading inclusion initiatives.
Possesses excellent data analysis, collaboration, and communication skills.
Is registered (or eligible for registration) with the NT Teacher Registration Board and holds a current Working with Children (Ochre) Card.
Is committed to the values and ethos of Catholic Education.
This position will involve working with children. The appointment of the successful applicant will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child-related employment in accordance with legislation.
