Membership Sales Assistant/Admin

We are looking for a confident, passionate and hardworking individual for the position of Membership Sales Assistant for Snap Fitness in Echuca, assisting with sales, admin tasks and reception duties.

This is your chance to really grow your career and develop your skills working alongside a great leadership team. This role is casual and requires Saturday work. All training provided. If you have strong industry experience, a passion for growing yourself, helping others, & are naturally creative and innovative with marketing and sales strategy then this is the role for you!

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a casual position with varied hours with an immediate start available for the right person. The role will require you to deliver outstanding customer service, marketing, membership sales, data entry and reception duties. You will also occasionally work in the club solo, looking after daily operational tasks and connecting and having fun with the staff team and club members.

Duties will include:

Calls, tours and driving sales

Marketing via social media channels

Maintaining gym standards (cleanliness, maintenance, OH&S etc)

Club administration including reporting

Requirements:

Exceptional sales and interpersonal skills

Able to work in a team

Passion for helping people and for fitness

Cert III in Fitness (minimum or working towards) or Cert IV in Fitness

Sound computer skills, reliable and flexible with duties

Proficient with Microsoft Office

Weekend availability

Bubbly and outgoing personality

Great customer service skills
