About the role:

This isn't your typical corporate law gig — we're a lifestyle practice that believes in life/work balance. We want someone who enjoys their work, has a smile for our clients, can juggle the moving parts of a busy but down-to-earth team, and who is actively seeking a role in Avalon Beach.

You’ll be the glue that holds us together! Working closely with 5 solicitors, you’ll keep the wheels turning day-to-day in our main practice areas of conveyancing, wills + estates.

Your daily adventures will include:

- Being the first friendly face on reception (in-person or phone)

- Scheduling client appointments (and keeping everyone on track!)

- Handling daily banking and data entry

- Keeping the office running smoothly — stationery, files, coffees, you name it

- Supporting the team with admin tasks big and small

- Making sure Smokeball is your best friend (or willing to get to know it quickly!)

What we’re looking for:

- A friendly, approachable personality (clients feel at ease with you)

- A “can-do” attitude and problem-solver mindset

- Strong organisational and admin skills

- Previous legal practice experience in conveyancing and/or wills + estates is a big plus

- Familiarity with Smokeball software is highly preferred

- Someone who thrives in a role that mixes structure with variety
