We’re seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our growing team. You’ll oversee daily operations, support our practitioners, and play a key role in shaping the systems and culture that allow our team and clients to thrive.
What You’ll Do
Oversee day-to-day practice operations including scheduling, reception, and telehealth coordination.
Manage and refine administrative and practice systems for smooth, efficient workflows.
Oversee billing, invoicing, and financial processes.
Support practitioners and administrative staff, ensuring a positive and collaborative team environment.
Maintain compliance with ethical, privacy, and practice standards.
Manage client and stakeholder communication with warmth and professionalism.
Contribute to strategic initiatives and help guide the practice through its next stage of growth.
What You’ll Bring
Experience in practice, business, or operations management (preferably in psychology or allied health or similar).
Strong organisational, administrative, and communication skills.
Competence with practice management software and telehealth platforms - desirable.
Financial management capability (billing, reporting, budgeting support).
Understanding of confidentiality, privacy, and ethical practice in healthcare.
Calm, professional presence and ability to manage multiple priorities.
