Key Requirements:

Certificate in Practice Management (essential)

Proven experience in medical practice management and full knowledge of Best Practice software.

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to build and expand the practice, attracting new resources and services

Strong understanding of healthcare operations and compliance

Ability to manage staff, schedules, and workflows efficiently

Calm, professional approach to handling stressful situations

Must be able to work on practice and business growth and be able to use the resources to build the practice income .

Australian work authorisation required for this position
