Georges Paragon ‘The Best’ restaurant on the Gold Coast has a new opening for an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team.

We can offer flexible or set rosters across 7 days (lunch and dinner shifts). We are happy to negotiate an attractive salary and annual performance bonuses.

Successful candidates should possess the following:

Must have a la carte (table service) management experience.

A focus on efficient, quality and customer focused service.

Ability to problem solve whilst working in a high-pressure environment.

The right skillset to foster, develop and lead our team to success.

No working restrictions in Australia and MUST already be residing locally (no relocation applicants please).

Own transport is required as there is limited to no public transport available to our venue.
