About the role

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Restaurant and Bar Manager to join the team at one of our Bird's Nest Restaurants, one of Brisbane's most renowned Japanese dining establishments. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant and bar operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving financial performance.

What you'll be doing

Manage day-to-day restaurant and bar operations, including staffing, inventory, and financial management

Create and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and profitability

Maintain high standards of customer service and lead your team to deliver an exceptional dining experience

Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of restaurant and bar staff

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations

Collaborate with the culinary and beverage teams to develop innovative menu offerings and promote the brand

Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement

Thorough understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control,

Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve operational excellence
