About the role

As a Barista at Boatshed Market, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional coffee and customer service to our patrons. This full-time role is based in our bustling cafe located in Cottesloe, Western Australia. You will be a key member of our passionate hospitality team, contributing to the vibrant atmosphere and helping to fuel the local community.

What you'll be doing

Prepare a range of high-quality espresso-based drinks to our customers' specifications.

Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.

Provide friendly and attentive customer service to create a welcoming environment.

Maintain stock levels and assist with inventory management as required.

Assist the bakery team with customer service, merchandising, and restocking.

Contribute to a positive team culture.

What we're looking for

At least 1 year of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant environment.

Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and crafting a memorable experience.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a team

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment

Relevant food safety and barista training certifications
