About the role:
Booking customer jobs and installation dates.
Assisting with processing orders and collecting payments.
First point of contact for all customer enquiries.
General office and admin duties as required.
About you:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Bubbly and energetic, with excellent phone manner.
Take pride in your work with a strong attention to detail.
Work well autonomously, but also in a team environment.
Previous Admin or customer service experience (seen as desirable).
