💰 Salary: $95,000 – $100,000 + Super + Salary Packaging

Our client is a long-standing Christian organisation deeply committed to providing practical care and community connection to those in need. With a dedicated focus on the Aged Care sector, they deliver personalised support through a values-led approach that prioritises compassion, faith, and dignity.

With the Home Care program continuing to grow, they’re seeking an experienced Care Manager to take ownership of operations, ensure compliance, and lead a small but passionate team in delivering quality care to their community.

The Opportunity

As the Care Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management, compliance, and development of the Home Care service. This is a hands-on leadership role — ideal for someone who enjoys balancing service delivery with strategic oversight.
You’ll ensure the program meets government requirements, mentor and train support staff, and provide reports to the organisation’s leadership. This position offers the opportunity to make a genuine impact while working within a values-based, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Home Care team to deliver safe, high-quality services aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Oversee compliance, government reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and staff training programs.
• Manage complaints, incidents, and risk processes in accordance with regulations.
• Prepare and present quality, financial, and care reports to the leadership team.
• Work closely with external consultants and the General Manager to grow and strengthen the Home Care service.

About You

• Previous experience in Home Care, Aged Care, or Community Care leadership.
• Strong administrative, compliance, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and staff management abilities.
• Sound understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and incident management processes.
• Confident working across systems.
• A Christian faith and genuine alignment with the organisation’s mission and values.
