About the Role:
As a Care Manager, you will assist in leading the clinical care of all residents and become an important member of the leadership team in a medium-sized Residential Aged Care home. This is a full-time permanent role with flexibility in start & finish times

You will work alongside an experienced Facility Manager and oversee two Clinical Care Coordinators. This is a well-staffed facility that provides a great opportunity for learning and development.

The Requirements:

• Valid AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse with excellent clinical care skills
• Previous experience working as a Care Manager in aged care
• Proven experience training & mentoring RNs & care staff
• Exposure to dealing with families and complaints
• IPC Lead experience / Infection Prevention and Control Course cert
