About You

You are an experienced Care Manager / Clinical Manager (RN) ready for a rewarding coastal lifestyle change.

Essentials:

Current AHPRA registration (RN Div 1).

Proven leadership experience in aged care management.

A collaborative, mentoring approach with RNs and care staff.

Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards & legislation.

A calm, compassionate leadership style that inspires trust.
