Our client, a well known Electrial Retailer based in Osborne Park, is seeking an experienced Administrator - Trade Purchase Support to join their team.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the trade purchase functions, ensuring all administrative tasks related to purchasing activities run smoothly and efficiently. Preparation of quotes, processing orders, co-ordinating deliveries and timing.

You will be responsible for processing purchase documentation, liaising with suppliers, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in coordination between internal departments and external vendors.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while working within a supportive team environment dedicated to efficient trade purchase operations.

Ideal candidates will possess excellent organisational and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks seamlessly. Previous experience in administration or electrical sales will be well regarded.

School hours (pro rata salary) would be considered for an exceptional applicant.
