Robert Half is currently recruiting an exciting opportunity for a 6-week temporary Payroll Officer looking to join a well-recognised and growing business in Carlton.

This role will suit a Payroll officer who has high attention to detail, strong excel skills and experience with Employment Hero

The company has a strong work culture and 5-day onsite requirement.

The Role

Reporting to the Financial Accountant your duties will include:

Project Support

• End to end administration of payroll projects

Data collection and reporting

• Gathering data from internal systems
• Extract and consolidate data from multiple formats
• Maintain systematic records
• Liase with staff and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or missing information
• Verify and clean data to maintain consistency, accuracy, and integrity.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection and privacy policies
• Generate reports as required by the project team

Your Profile

To be successful you will have proven experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a Payroll position. The following attributes will also be highly advantageous:
