What We Offer

Permanent full-time positions with immediate start

Two shifts available – please specify your preference when applying:

Day Shift: Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Friday 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Afternoon Shift: Monday–Thursday 3:45 PM – Midnight, Friday 10:45 AM – 6:15 PM

Productivity bonus – earn an additional $100/week when team KPIs are met

Full training provided – prior experience in machine operation or a mechanical background preferred

The starting base rate is $26.85 per hour with opportunities for pay increases as you develop your skills and gain experience in the role.

Your Role

As a Machine Setter in our large coiler section, you'll be working in a fast-paced environment that involves heavy lifting and hands-on tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

Setting up and operating production machinery

Troubleshooting and adjusting machines for optimal performance

Maintaining a clean and safe workspace

Collaborating with team members to meet production targets
