Whitsunday Foodservice is a proudly family-owned foodservice distribution business that's been serving our region for over 40 years. From our modern, purpose-built facility in Cannonvale, we supply customers from Mackay to Bowen – including the beautiful Whitsunday Islands.

We're growing and looking for motivated Receiving & Replenishment Team Members to join our warehouse team and keep our operations running like clockwork.

About the Role
This is a hands-on, fast-paced morning shift role where you'll be responsible for receiving stock, replenishing inventory and maintaining accurate storage across multiple temperature zones – from ambient to chilled and frozen. You'll work with the latest tech, scanning systems and warehouse processes to keep everything moving smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, unload and check incoming stock deliveries (forklift and manual handling)

Verify documentation, inspect goods for quality and report any issues

Replenish stock in all temperature zones using WMS and scanning devices

Rotate stock in line with food safety requirements

Assist with stocktakes and cycle counts

Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM TO 5:00 PM

No weekend work

What We're Looking For

Current forklift licence (essential) and warehouse experience

Minimum 1-2 years of warehouse experience required

Current LF (counterbalance) forklift licence required

Ability to work in ambient, chilled and frozen environments

Good attention to detail and organisational skills

Comfortable with warehouse technology and scanners

A team player with strong communication skills and a can-do attitude

Ability to lift and move heavy items safely

Ability to lift items weighing up to 20kg safely
