Temp-to-Perm: after 3 months!

Fuse Recruitment is currently seeking skilled Forklift Operators to join a leading Australian-owned food manufacturing business with 40+ years of industry excellence. If you’ve worked in food production, warehousing, or manufacturing and hold a forklift licence—we want to hear from you!

Available Roles:

• Packaging: Day shift (4:00am – 12:00pm)
• Freezer: Afternoon shift (2:00pm – 10:00pm)

Pay Rates:

• $32.54/hour – Day shift
• $37.42/hour – Afternoon shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts across different production areas
• Perform manual lifting tasks as required (up to 25kg)
• Adhere to hygiene, quality, and safety standards
• Support smooth warehouse and production operations
• General housekeeping duties

Key Requirements:

• Current forklift licence (essential)
• Previous forklift experience, ideally in food or manufacturing
• Ability to work in cold/freezer environments when required
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug, alcohol, and fitness tests
• Ability to lift to the required 25kg weight requirement
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and a team player
